The space

The west golf area is known for being a quite and friendly residential area, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking to the downtown area which is full of restaurants, shops, boutiques and groceries. The famous AbuTig Marina is less than 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes walking. The West Golf area is also known for its beautiful lagoons and Deluxe hotels such as Moevenpick and Steigenberger.
This 45 square meter studio apartment has an open floor plan with no wall separating the sleeping and living areas, while the kitchen area is partially separated and the full bathroom and the balcony are closed with a door.
