PLEASE: Read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any material, information, product or service. By accessing, the Platform website, application or any other features of platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“terms”) and our PRIVACY POLICY. If you don't accept all these terms, you may not be able to use our platform.
Please note: these Terms include an arbitration clause and class action waiver that applies to all Platform users in regards to any disputes brought against the Platform in Egypt. By accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by this arbitration clause and class action waiver. Please read it carefully.
1. Definitions
("Agreement"): These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Platform governing your access to and use of the Platform website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Platform makes its services available
("Site"): Platform website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Platform makes its services available
("Application"): The Platform’s mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces.
("Platform Services"): all associated services with the platform.
(“Platform”): The Site, Application and Platform Services together.
Terms referring to the Company of Platform: “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the Platform company, and “its subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, affiliates or assigned parties.”
Terms referring to Platform Users: and “Your” or “You”, “User” refers to you as a user of our website.
(“Service”): refers to the “Property”, “Vehicles”, “Host service”, “Rents”, “Rentals”, and any other service offered through the Platform.
(“Provider”): refers to the person who provides services.
("Payment Services"): any and all payment processing services through or in connection with your use of the Platform.
("Images"): refers to Pictures, videos, or any other media used in Service listings.
(“Total Fees”): any applicable fees, including the Listing Fee, Security Deposit (if applicable), and any applicable Taxes
2. Definition and Scope of Platform Services
2.1 The Platform is an online market that enables registered users and providers who offer services to publish such services on the Platform and to communicate and transact through the Platform.
2.2 The Platform doesn’t fall under any liability for any acts and has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or credibility of Service listings.
You should always exercise due diligence and care before you decide to use such services.
2.3 If you choose to use the Platform, as a provider, to provide services your relationship with Platform is restricted to being an independent, third-party contractor, and not agent, or partner of Platform for any reason, and you act exclusively on your own behalf and for your own benefit, and not on our behalf, or for the benefit. Platform does not, and shall not be deemed to, direct or control you generally or in your performance under these Terms specifically, including in connection with your provision of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that you have complete discretion whether to provide Services or otherwise engage in other business or employment activities.
2.4 To promote the Platform the content may be displayed on other websites, applications, and online and offline advertisements in order to expose our services to potential Users. Furthermore, the content may be translated, in whole or in part, into other languages, the platform can’t guarantee the accuracy or quality of such translation and Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of such translation in order to assist Users who speak different languages.
3. Eligibility, and Platform User Verification
3.1 In order to access and use the Platform or register a Platform Account you must be an individual at least 18 years old.
3.2 User verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any Platform User’s identity. Notwithstanding the above, for transparency and fraud prevention purposes, and as permitted by applicable laws, we may ask Platform Users to provide ID card number or Passport Number.
4. Modification of Terms
4.1 The platform may modify these terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version in our website, the platform will provide you notice through the Platform’s main page, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective, we agree that changes cannot be retroactive. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.
5. Account Registration
5.1 You must register an account ("Platform Account") to access and use certain features of the Platform, such as providing or booking the services.
5.2 You must provide accurate, current and clear information during the registration process and keep your Platform Account profile page information up-to-date at all times.
5.3 You may not register more than one (1) Platform Account unless Platform authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Platform Account to another party.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Platform Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify Platform if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Platform Account. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Platform Account, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent.
6. Platform Content
6.1 Platform may, at its sole discretion, enable Members to create, upload, post, send, receive and store content, such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information on or through the Platform ("Member Content") and access and view Member Content and any content that Platform itself makes available on or through the Platform, including proprietary Platform content and any other content.
6.2 All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other resource of Platform used on or in connection with the Platform and Platform Content are trademarks or registered trademarks of Platform inside the territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations of third parties used on or in connection with the Platform, Platform Content, and/or Platform User Content are used for identification purposes only and may be the property of their respective owners.
6.3 By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, storing, or making available any User Content on or through the Platform, you grant to the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable license to such User Content to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Member Content to provide and/or promote the Platform, in any media or platform. Platform does not claim any ownership rights in any User Content and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use or exploit your User Content.
6.4 For the purpose of this agreement, (“Verified Images”) are the Images describing the content and specifications of properties and vehicles in a manner that satisfies Due diligence. such verified images may be subject to review of Platform staff. shall an image flagrantly contradict the specifications of the property or vehicle, may takedown the post, and subsequently terminate the account of the provider and subject to a lawsuit to be filed by Users.
6.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your Service is accurately and clearly represented in the Verified Images and you will stop using the Verified Images on or through the Platform if they no longer accurately represent your service, where Platform is not the exclusive owner of Verified Images, by using such Verified Images on or through the Platform, you grant to Platform an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable license to use such Verified Images for advertising, marketing and/or any other business purposes in any media or platform, whether in relation to your service or otherwise, without further notice or compensation to you.
6.6 You are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available on or through the Platform. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content that you make available on or through the Platform or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to Platform the rights in and to such User Content.
6.7 You will not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content that is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information) or deceptive or that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive or promotes discrimination, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group or content that are violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person or animal or promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
6.8 Platform respects copyright law and expects its Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes copyrights you own, please notify us
7. Terms specific for providers
7.1 When listing a Service through the Platform, a Provider must:
1- provide sufficient and accurate information about your Service which include but is not limited to; description, location, calendar availability, and pricing
2- disclose any deficiencies, restrictions, and requirements that apply (such as any minimum age or group rules, or mechanical deficiencies in automotive)
3- provide, in special cases, any other information requested by Platform. a Provider shall keep the Service information updated.
4- specify whether additional services and features are optional or obligatory to Users.
7.2 All the prices are based of the providers then it will include the Vat and taxes. the platform percentage will be 15% including any Taxes, if applicable, or fees for additional services and features (“Extra Fee”). Price changes may not be used against a User who already made a booking prior to such change.
7.3 Any terms and conditions made between Providers and Users must not contradict these Terms.
7.4 Cancellations of Service may not contradict the relevant cancellation policy for your applicable to your Service type.
7.5 ("Images") used for listings must accurately depict the quality, distinctive features, and condition of your Services. the Platform reserves the right to require that Listings have a minimum number of Images of a certain format, size and resolution.
7.6 Accepting a booking request by a User constitutes a legally binding agreement. hence, a Provider is consequently obliged to provide its Service to Users and applicable taxes shall be due.
7.7 a ("Security Deposit") may be optionally requested by the Provider. such deposit must be requested in advance are not allowed to ask for a Security Deposit either after a booking has been confirmed or outside of the Platform.
8. Terms specific for Users
8.1 (“Total Fees”) will be presented to you prior to booking a Service Listing. You agree to pay the Total Fees for any booking requested in connection with your Platform Account.
8.2 Receiving a booking confirmation by a Provider constitutes a legally binding agreement. hence, any additional terms and conditions of the Provider may apply, including in particular the applicable cancellation policy and any rules and restrictions specified in the Service listing.
8.3 Platform Payments will collect the Total Fees at the time of the booking request or upon the Host’s confirmation and depending on the Payment method.
8.4 You understand that a confirmed booking is a limited license granted by the Provider to entitling the Seeker to, occupy and use of Accommodation.
8.5 You agree to leave the Accommodation no later than the checkout time that the Provider specifies in the Listing or such other time as mutually agreed upon between you and the Host. If you stay past the agreed upon checkout time without the Host's consent, you no longer have a license to stay in the Accommodation and the Host is entitled to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law.

The platform main priority is get what you been looking for through the platform (application or the website)

9. Seeker’s Due Diligence
9.1 a User should carefully review the description of any Service you intend to book to ensure that the identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to User’s use of Service in a manner that ensures due diligence.
10.Payment Methods
10.1 Payments can be made through Fawry,PayTabs and Symp online payment network by either Cash or Credit card also the providers will tolerate all the transfer fees if they are willing to receive their earning through the online banking
The minimum transaction is 1000 EGP before Vat and taxes.it will automatically deduct 15% including bank transfer to the providers. The providers are going to receive their earning twice a month (5th and 20th of each month)
11. Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
11.1 Any modifications to a booking made through Platform are subject to mutual & consensual agreements, which may allow for additional fees or taxes in a manner that may not contradict the time frames set out in the Service cancelation policy.
11.2 In case of a user decided to cancel a confirmed reservation before Two weeks of the due date will be a deduction of 5% or a minimum of 500 EGP whatever is suitable of the case.
In case of a user decided to cancel a confirmed reservation after passing the Two weeks will be a deduction of 100% of the total amount
in case of a user decided to cancel the reservation after using the service it will be no refund as per the terms and condition
11.3 Shall the Provider cancel a confirmed booking; the User will receive a full refund of the Total Fees for such booking.
11.4 In certain circumstances, the Platform may solely decide, that it is necessary to cancel any bookings and initiate refunds shall the Platform has sufficient grounds to believe in good faith, while considering interests of both parties, that such measurements are necessary to avoid significant harm to Platform, Members, or their properties, or for any of the reasons set out in these Terms.
11.5 If a User suffers Travel issues, or other issues regarding accessibility, the Platform may decide to refund the User part or all of the Total Fees in accordance with the Refund Policy.
12. Damage to Services, and disputes between Members
12.1 Users, are responsible for leaving the Services, including any attachments, in the condition it was in upon their arrival. a User is also responsible for their own actions and omissions and is also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals invited to, or otherwise provided access to, the accommodation.
12.2 If a Provider claims and provides sufficient evidence that a User has damaged an accommodation or any personal or other property a Property, the Provider can seek payment from User through direct contact or through subtraction of Security Deposit value.
13. Taxation
13.1 Providers you are solely responsible for reporting, collecting, remitting or include any applicable VAT or other applicable taxes in Service Listing.
14. Prohibited Activities on Platform and for using Services
14.1 Both Users and Providers are responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and taxes that may apply for use of Service. In connection with use of the Platform and Services, Members may not or assist others to, but without limitation to such acts:
▪ breach any applicable laws or regulations, agreements with third-parties, third-party rights, or our Terms.
▪ use the Platform in a manner that falsely implies Platform endorsement, partnership or otherwise misleads others as to the affiliation with Platform as well as to the
▪ copy, store or otherwise access or use any information, including personally identifiable information about any other Member, contained on the Platform in any way that is inconsistent with Platform’s PRAVACY POLICY or these Terms or that otherwise violates the privacy rights of Members or third parties;
▪ use the Platform in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial messages (Spam)
▪ offer, as a Provider, any Property, vehicle, or Host services that you do not yourself own or have permission to make available.
▪ Book any Listing if you will not actually be using.
▪ contact another Member for any purpose other than asking a question related to your own booking, Listing, or the Member's use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, recruiting or otherwise soliciting any Member to join third-party services, applications or websites, without our prior written approval;
▪ use the Platform to request, make or accept a booking independent of the Platform, to circumvent any Service Fees or for any other reason.
▪ request, accept or make any payment for Listing Fees outside of the Platform or Platform Payments. If you do so, you acknowledge and agree that you would be in breach of these Terms, accept all risks and responsibility for such payment, and hold Platform non-liable for such payment.
▪ discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or age or otherwise engage in any violent, harmful, abusive or disruptive behavior.
▪ use, display, or frame the Platform or User Content, or any individual element within the Platform, Platform's name, any Platform trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page in the Platform, without Platform's express written consent;
▪ dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the Platform in any way, including unauthorized use of User Content, registering or using Platform or derivative terms in domain names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers, or registering or using domains names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers that closely imitate or are confusingly similar to Platform domains, trademarks, promotional campaigns or User Content;
▪ attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Platform.
▪ export or import the Platform resources in a way that is inconsistent with law.
▪ violate or infringe anyone else’s rights or cause harm to anyone.
▪ The Platform has no legal obligation to monitor the acts of its Users. however, the Platform holds the right to dispatch warnings, block or temporarily ban members, and to remove content and Member's account shall any violation to the applicable rules, laws & regulations, and policies occur.
▪ any report to local law enforcement of any offences, including but not limited to anyone who engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behavior, you suspect of stealing from you, or engages in any other disturbing conduct, will not obligate us to take any action.
15.Term and Termination, Suspension and other Measures
15.1 This Agreement shall be for the duration of a Member’s account.
15.2 You may end this Agreement by simply choosing to delete your account. If you cancel your Platform Account as a Provider, any confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled and Users who booked will receive a full refund. If you cancel your Platform Account as a User, any confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled and any refund will depend upon the terms of cancellation policy.
15.3 Without limiting our rights, including the below, the Platform may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time by giving you (15) days' notice via email to your registered email address.
15.4 Platform may immediately, without notice, terminate this Agreement and/or stop providing access to the Platform if you have materially breached your obligations under these Term or other policies relevant to this agreement.
15.5 Hence, the platform may limit your access to or use of the Platform if;
▪ Severe or repeated offenses permanently suspend your Platform Account and stop providing access to the Platform.
▪ In case of non-material breaches and where appropriate, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Platform and an opportunity to resolve the issue to Platform's reasonable satisfaction.
▪ If we take any of the measures described above, we may refund Users who booked your services for any bookings, confirmed or not, that have been cancelled, irrespective of preexisting cancellation policies, and you will not be entitled to any compensation for pending or confirmed bookings that were cancelled.
15.6 When this Agreement has been terminated, you are not entitled to a restoration of your Platform Account or any of your Member Content. If this Agreement has been terminated by us or your account was suspended, you may not register a new Platform Account or access and use the Platform through a Platform Account of another Member.
16. Liability
16.1 You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the Platform and Content, your publishing or booking of any Service listing via the Platform, your stay at any Properties provided by Providers, or any other interaction you have with other Platform Users whether in person or online remains with you. Neither Platform nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Platform or Content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the Platform or User Content, or any actions and omissions by and with any other personnel or entities.
17. Platform Damages
17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, and indemnify the Platform and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including but not limited to, Platform Payments, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, of any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or our Policies or Standards, your improper use of the Platform or any Platform Services, your interaction with any other User including without limitation any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such interaction, stay, participation or use or your breach of any laws, regulations or third party rights.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
18.1 any dispute arising from the implementation of these Terms inside the territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt may be settled between the concerned party and the Platform in an amicable way first. shall such amicable solution be not reached; the parties hereby agree to settle the dispute through Ad hoc Arbitration with the seat of arbitration being the Arab Republic of Egypt and the applicable law shall be the Egyptian law. the competent court of this dispute shall be the Cairo Court of Appeal in accordance with arbitration rules set in Law No. 27 of 1994.
